Welcome to the Sunday Shake Up home page, James Murphy's Weekly Radio Show.

Each week, we start the show off in a smooth and chilled way, playing those laid-back, but uplifting, soulful tunes, to get you in the mood for your day. Around the hour mark, a listener chooses five of their favourite songs in the 'Tracks Of My Years' section, before we start to pick up the pace towards the end of the show.

You will find Smooth Jazz as well as chilled tunes in the show. On top of that you'll find the usual mix of Soul, Funk, and even some R'n'B and every now and again, a pinch of Reggae and a splash of whatever feels right for the show!
